But I kind of wish I had. It went on nicely with two coats, but it is SO bumpy. Ridiculously bumpy, even after two coats of seche vite. The holo doesn't come through enough to make it worth the effort, either.
Pretty, but I really wasn't sorry to remove it!

Good to know! I've seen this at a nail supply place I go to, and it looks so awesome in the bottle.
I know - when I was downloading the pictures I was like 'look at the little dancing sunbeam stars in the bottle! It's so pretty!' But on the nail, it is bumpy hell. It eats topcoat for breakfast. I even put another coat of SV on and it still felt gritty.

Hi! Isn't this Meteor Shower instead of Cosmic? And yes, it is bumpy.. yet so pretty to look at when you JUST applied TC <3.
Isn't Cosmic the black one? I think it should be Meteor Shower. This polish looked so promising in the bottle, but I remember it to be a bumpy, gloopy mess. I was hoping for a holographic glitter version of SSN but was sadly disappointed :(

I actually love this polish, despite the fact that it is bumpy. The whole combination of blue and glitter is awesome.
I don't care for lumpy polishes. Once in awhile I get one like that. It's a disapointment for sure. It's a gorgeous shade of navy.
Just like you, I wanted this one and got it finally - super disappointed because of the lumpy way it went on and the really rough surface which I KNOW CG can do better. Cosmic in this same collection is got just as much glitter and goes no much smoother.
Sorry this was bugging me, I had to mention it.
This is a pretty polish to be sure, and yeah annoyingly bumpy, but there is no holo glitter in it, just multicolored glitter.
Carnival Lights is a good example of a China Glaze polish with holo glitter :)
