Zoya Savita
Zoya Savita, you are lovelier than lovely. With a deep violet color, a heavy pigment and a quick-drying nature, this polish wormed its way into my heart in no time. I mean seriously, look at the velvety purple smoothness of this puppy!
The downside? The wear. Ugh-a-rino, the wear, the wear, the wear. Four hours in and chip-o was my name-o, if you know what I mean. It was more tip wear that complete chips, but when you're wearing a color as bold as this one, every little imperfection shows.
The solution? I'd use this one as a last-minute-night-on-the-town polish, or possibly under another polish... but then again, I've been into layering a little lately... (hint, hint, my next post, hint hint)
Happy day, all!
Gorgeous color!! I think chipping is just part of matte polishes. I don't usually do matte, but this one is so pretty, I might just make an exception to my rule.
ReplyDeleteGorgeous! I can't wait to see what fabulous layering combo you came up with.
ReplyDeleteI love the matte polishes. It kills me that they chip so fast. My favorite was the red matte shade. I can't remember the name but it's gorgeous.
ReplyDeleteI really like this matte!
ReplyDeleteI just recently got this color and I fell immediately in love. But I wore it for two days and I didn't get any chips and hardly any noticeable tip wear. Perhaps it depends on the person.
