Amaranth is a lovely jelly polish that is more than affordable at $1.59 a bottle. It's a teal green, like I said before, and as a jelly takes quite a bit of polish to build up to cover the VNL if you are so inclined to do, which I am. I can see my nail beds in the photo, which, I'm not going to lie, sketches me out a little. I can't get used to VNL! It makes me feel naked!
How about you guys? How do you feel about VNL and this lovely polish?
Happy day, all!
I'm weird about VNL. If its a light color like OPI Samoan Sand or a very light pink I don't mind it, it seems natural somehow, but if I'm wearing a blue or green or a shimmer in any color I don't want to see it. I've seen some pretty tempting jellies in different blogs and I resist them because I have a feeling I'd either layer them over white, which defeats the purpose, or they'd just drive me crazy.
ReplyDeleteThat is amazing! That green is stunning, great post x
ReplyDeleteI think this polish looks great. The jelliness gives it qualities like an emerald, or some other semi-opaque stone.. and it's just your nailbeds, not your underwear!
ReplyDeletelovely color!
ReplyDeleteFAB colour!! its was defo worth your time. xx
ReplyDeleteI want this so much. One day when I'm very old and even MORE grey.
ReplyDeleteIt looks so squishy <3 I love that color too!
ReplyDeleteThat green is way more gorgeous than I remember...it's incredible! I need it.
ReplyDeleteOmg...i HATE VNL but I could totally get over it for this color!
ReplyDeleteHuh! Mine is a lot more green than teal. They must have fiddled with the formula.
