More Claire's foil swatches, Part II of II

The rest of the Claire's mini foil set. Again, these are unnamed.

Sheer champagne shimmer. This is four coats. Excuse the super yellowness of my nails. You can see the actual color of the polish closer to my cuticle. It's actually a very pretty polish for layering.

Pink foil. Eh. Three coats and still a whole bunch of VNL? No thanks.

Light blue foil. This one was SUPER BRIGHT and it didn't look like there was VNL when I put it on but it showed up in the pic. Make of that what you will. Two coats.

Verdict: wish I didn't buy these. Some of them are okay but I have no more room for polishes that I'm not over the moon for.

The pink and blue are really good but I'm not keen on the fact that the first swatch looks very thin, so you can see the nails underneath.

Too sheer for me! I do like the color of the blue.

I like the champagne one...I can see it looking really pretty layered over a nude or one of those lighter colors.

But that's a problem with the Claire's and Icing mini sets...so many of them can be a bit of a waste of moolah. :(

I have this set too and I feel the exact same way about it as you do... it's just kind of taking up valuable real estate in the Helmer now... :)

Unnamed polishes drive me nuts! The blue is just gorgeous, though!
