My only blurple - OPI Sapphire in the Snow.
This is from one of my favourite OPI collections of all time - Holiday 2009. There is just something simply wonderful about this beautiful creme...
My thumb got really messed up (incident involving a microplane...) when I wore this manicure, but you get the idea! Gorgeous formula, interesting colour but deep and dark enough to not be too "crazy" for me.
The way this colour walks the line between blue and purple makes me think of royalty. Not that royalty would wear blurple polish, but I can see kings and queens of yore having velvet draperies and linens in this colour. Makes me want to grab a fur blanket, a chalice of wine, and go to a feast! Which sounds just like the holidays...

Oh, I LOVE me some blurple polish! This was/is a MAJOR lemming of mine, but I've heard that Orly Wild Wisteria (which I do have) is a dupe, so I didn't buy it. I was thinking about using Wild Wisteria as the main color for my glitter accent mani (your last post put such a bee in my bonnet, I can't wait to try it!) with Sparkle-iscious as the accent nail, but the purple in Sparkle-iscious is much more red-based, so I'm not sure it will work. The search continues...
It looks so pretty! I never liked blurple, but I'm suddenly craving polish in that color.
I'd love a nice warm robe in that color. Looks lovely on you. Your poor thumb! Those microplanes really can rip up your skin. Ouch!
This is my favorite polish of all time! I can see Kate Middleton wearing it :)

This looks much nicer on you than on me, it comes out darker on me for some reason. I really wanted to love this colour too!
