Revlon Powder Puff

Revlon Powder Puff

This was released sometime in late summer but I think it's a perfect winter polish: reminds me of snow! Soft, sheer white with a gorgeous blue shimmer. REALLY sheer. I think this is five coats... and it's still not opaque. Luckily, the formula applies nicely so five coats wasn't as painful as it sounds. This was part of Revlon's Suede line, which means it dries satiny rather than glossy.

Bleh, I never do more than 3 coats. It's a pretty color though.

Had the EXACT same problem. I ended up using Sally Hansen Insta-Dri in Whirlwind White as a basecoat.

I have this one and you are right: the finish really does look like snow! I needed 4-5 coats as well but at least this matte polish (if you can call it that) dries fast.
