China Glaze gussied up green
I remember wearing this a couple of summers ago and absolutely loving it. So I flung this on as my pre-Christmas mani, since green seemed appropriately festive. But actually, I can't remember why I loved it. It was a total PITA to apply. I managed to pull an entire nail of polish off 25 minutes after application because it would. not. dry. And the colour, while undoubtedly pretty, wasn't worth all the hassle either. Sigh...
Sorry for the rubbish pictures, I took this off before I had a chance to try and get outside, in focus shots...

:o( Its a shame it wouldn't dry. Wonder why that is. I've got this polish, hope this isn't the case with mine. Did a top coat not help?
This polish is so stunning!! I really wonder why it has the drying issue. I have another China Glaze polish (Naked) which I LOVE, but it seems to have the same issue. I don't really have any problems with the rest of my China Glaze collection. So bizarre.
Strange, looks to be a dupe for Illamasqua Viridian? Is it? Seems like Viridian is the better choice in the end due to drying times.
Katt - I used seche vite, which didn't. Maybe I should try a different one?
Ashesela - I don't remember noting a drying issue when I first wore it, so maybe it's gone off? No idea...
Di - It's similar, but I think the pictures make it look more similar than it is. There's a tinge of yellow to this green, it's almost foresty, and it lacks the blue duochrome of Viridian (although my pictures exaggerate the bottle duochrome; in any case it doesn't really translate to the nail.)
I'm probably just pissed about it because I was doing my nails while watching my least favourite X Files episode ever (First Person Shooter...what were they thinking?!) so it was very literally like watching paint dry.
I love this shade. Shame you had so much trouble. I have this but have no idea where it is. Somewhere in my bins. Everything is all jumbled up. It does look pretty on you.
